Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead the expansion and closure of Payinsider's strategic accounts, with a focus on high-tier and high-potential clients.
Establish and maintain official partnerships with existing and potential ecosystem players (payment providers, fraud prevention companies, advertising agencies, large model aggregators, and other upstream/downstream partners).
Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive ecosystem partner development, brand endorsement, and joint marketing initiatives.
Manage the sales pipeline to ensure quarterly targets for client acquisition and deal closure are met.
Work closely with Account Managers to facilitate client onboarding, transaction volume growth, control rate improvement, and the adoption of Smart Routing/Retry solutions.
Provide data-driven feedback to optimize client strategies and partnership prioritization.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or strategic partnerships, with preference given to candidates having experience in cross-border payments, advertising agencies, or the SaaS sector.
Proven track record of closing deals with high-tier or mid-sized clients and managing complex sales cycles (3–6 months or longer).
Experience in expanding ecosystem partnerships and coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Data-driven sales capability with proficiency in KPI tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with C-level clients and cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English; experience supporting APAC regional expansion is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Lead Payinsider's brand awareness and inbound growth initiatives (Founder IP, payment case studies, industry insights, etc.).
Support BD in expanding ecosystem partnerships, including collateral preparation, promotions, industry events, and co-branding activities.
Generating high-quality inbound leads to support BD's client acquisition efforts — at least 5–10 potential client leads per quarter.
Collaborate with clients and BD to produce benchmark case studies and success stories to strengthen brand reputation and ecosystem influence.
Design and optimize sales and partnership materials to ensure consistency and efficiency across BD/AM execution.
Assist in expanding official ecosystem partnerships to build strategic endorsements.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, case studies, and lead conversions to provide data-driven insights for growth strategies.
Maintain the company's social media content output and brand exposure, ensuring consistent visibility among target client segments.
Monitor marketing effectiveness and continuously optimize growth strategies.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or B2B growth — experience in payments, SaaS, or cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing campaign planning, industry event execution, social media operations, and content marketing.
Ability to collaborate with BD and AM to achieve ecosystem partnership goals.
Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG-lite) approaches.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate marketing and case study performance through KPIs.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate departmental business meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items and resolutions.
Assist in internal management affairs, facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to enhance team efficiency.
Handle daily administrative tasks, including office supply procurement, document filing, and records management.
Maintain employee rosters and personnel files, and manage onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and other related procedures.
Manage content formatting and publishing for the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account).
Respond flexibly to ad-hoc tasks, efficiently handle unexpected requests, and independently complete other special assignments delegated by superiors.
Requirements:
Associate degree or above, with quick thinking and the ability to rapidly understand and adapt to business needs.
One year or more of experience in business assistance or related roles, with independent project experience (e.g., work projects, social media operations, entrepreneurial attempts).
Outgoing and proactive personality, organized and methodical in work, with strong communication and coordination skills.
